WHA79 - SPONSORSHIP OFFERINGS

Health Innovation Exchange (HIEx) offers sponsors high-impact brand visibility and leadership during World Health Assembly week at the Hotel InterContinental, Geneva. Sponsorship opportunities span the full HIEx convening series or selected public sessions — positioning your organisation at the centre of global health dialogue, innovation, and decision-making.

Global Event Sponsor

Partner supports the overall HIEx WHA convening series as a Global Event Sponsor

Value: Event-wide visibility and brand leadership

Public Session Sponsor

Partner sponsors selected public sessions within the HIEx WHA side event series

GLOBAL EVENT SPONSOR

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  1. Recognition as Global Event Sponsor

  2. Logo placed on all event and session collateral including:

    • Session specific PowerPoint electronic background

    • HIEx overall event branding (pull ups and media wall listed as a sponsor)

  1. Visibility on the HIEx website under the WHA79 section (logo and write up)

  2. Logo included on all HIEx WHA79 social media posts

  3. Global Sponsor is allowed to invite up to 4 reps

* Venue Location: Hotel Intercontinental (Ballroom B/C)
** Ad-hoc services which are not included in the fee and will be added to the final invoicing.

PUBLIC SESSION SPONSOR

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  1. Logo placed on selected session collateral including:

    • Session specific PowerPoint electronic background

    • HIEx overall event branding (pull ups and media wall listed as a sponsor)

  2. Visibility on the HIEx website under the WHA79 section (logo and short company Bio under specific session write up)

  3. Logo included on HIEx social media posts related to the specific session

  4. Sponsor is allowed to bring 1 x Pull-up banner to display during the session

** Ad-hoc services which are not included in the fee and will be added to the final invoicing.
