Based in Geneva, the Health Innovation Discovery Center brings together high impact innovations that can be transformative in scaling access to healthcare. HIEx brings select innovations at a showcase organised annually on the margins of the World Health Assembly in Geneva. Based on demand from several stakeholders, HIEx is working on the development of an experience center where Ministers of health and key health leaders from low and middle income countries can visit and experience and experiment with potential solutions that can address their specific health system needs.

In addition to organising curated visits for key leaders, the center will also play a key role in policy engagement with key global health institutions and with the private sector to enable rapid adoption and deployment of health innovations and technologies as well as in building in-country capacities. An investment arm of the Center will provide access to financing for deployment of select innovations in country.

INNOVATION DISCOVERY CENTER
