As countries grapple with emerging health challenges, HIEx, in collaboration with Dure Technologies, has established a social enterprise that works with ministries of health to establish and manage digital transformation offices.

These Digital Transformation Offices (DTOs) provide advisory services and hands-on support in digitization of health. Priority countries include Côte d'Ivoire, Central African Republic, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya and Indonesia.
