The Go-to-Market Accelerator (GTM) is a critical initiative addressing the challenges faced by numerous valuable startups that struggle to gain market access. This adoption gap is particularly pronounced for innovations originating from the Global South. To bridge this gap, HIEx has partnered with some of the larger and highly successful companies within its portfolio. The result of this collaboration is the launch of the 'Go-to-Market Accelerator' program, unveiled at the 2023 Geneva World Health Assembly (WHA).

The inaugural cohort of the GTM Accelerator is currently focused on supporting point-of-care diagnosis, featuring five startups with intriguing innovations poised for significant impact. The GTM program encompasses a comprehensive approach, covering technology acceleration, policy advocacy, business development, and innovative financing to empower and propel these startups toward success.
